What they did in Jo'burg IMO. Give it to both. This is the greatest ODI match I have ever seen.
MoM is going to be tough. There's only two in it; the question is, do you go for the higher innings, or the matchwinning one?
Man, if only I could've watched this live...
Agreed both deserve it.What they did in Jo'burg IMO. Give it to both.
Hayden will get it IMO. 181* is a pretty amazing effort, while McMillan and McCullum probably both had an equal role in the chase.MoM is going to be tough. There's only two in it; the question is, do you go for the higher innings, or the matchwinning one?

Three to us. Awesome stuff.Australia now on the losing end of the 4 biggest chases in ODI cricket history... all over the course of the last 14 months.
A couple minutes after NZ had won it...Come on Mc, don;t lose from here
McMillan and McCullum arguably played the better innings though, given the sort of pressure they faced. 40-4 to get to 350-9 with 3 balls to spare...Hayden will get it IMO. 181* is a pretty amazing effort, while McMillan and McCullum probably both had an equal role in the chase.
Serious? The pitches have been way too flat for mine, especially given the size of the grounds.Congrats to the groundsmen at Eden Park and Hamilton too. Both pitches have been decidedly dodgy in recent times and they produced 2 absolute crackers.
5 in a row and 6 of 7 mefinks. Its 6 losses in a row for the aussies now isnt it? 3 in a row to england and 3 to NZ now.
