Fleming was a bit hard to follow today. He really should have taken the last power play right when Watson got out, and tried to run through the overs while Hayden was struggling and Haddin was new at the crease. Not sure how many runs it really cost in the end, but it certainly let Australia ramp up the scoring rate nicely into the final 10 overs. 125 off the last 10, in the end.

edit: Geez, Hodge is making a habit of those.

Its all up to Taylor now, which you cant really expect him to put on two good performances in a row. Last time a New Zealand batsmen scored consecutive hundreds was Nathan Astle in 2002.

Bracks gets taylor now, in my book he getting him out the second time. Kiwi's in trouble and aussie starting to run through them now.

Bracks was always taking wickets but its his economy rate thats the real cause of concern. I am really interested to see how johnson goes because he has looked out of sorts for some time now.

Our fielding also looking much sharper today compared to the other day. Johnson gets styris with his first ball.
