Disappointing not to make the final, but Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are quality teams to play at this level.
I think Goughy and Dwyer should be given some credit for keeping us in a lot of the games. Produced some really good spells of bowling even though the batsmen didn't give them much to defend.
Hopefully we can have more success in the Youth Tests.

Pakistan U/19 vs Cricket Web U/19, First Test played at Karachi
Wickets Tumble in Two Day Thriller
37 wickets fell in less than two days on a batsmen's dream in Karachi in the first youth test between Pakistan and Cricket Web.
Cricket Web captain Thamba Mamesh lost the toss and his counterpart, Sarfraz Ahmed, elected to bat. In hindsight it was a poor decision, after the Pakistani's were bowled out for a meger 106, but the pitch left a twinkle in every batsmen's eye. The first innings of the match belonged to previous captain Andy Cameron, who took a remarkable 6/26, and paceman Kev Goughy who ended with 4/51. Nick Hancock and Matt Currie bowled few overs for no result. Pakistani opener Nashir Jamshed was the highest score with a poltry 24.
In reply the young Webbers got off to a great start, on the flat wicket, with Mamesh and Luff making a 50 opening partnership. The innings went dramatically downhill from there, though, as Cricket Web were bowled out for 143 and held a slight advantage of 37 runs. Other than the opening stand, Nitin Dravid and Nick Hancock showed some form of resiliance with Dravid being unbeaten on 25 and Hancock getting caught at third slip for 19.
The fearsome opening bowling partnership of Anwar Ali and Jamshed Ahmed were outbowled by first changer Akhtar Ayub who finished with 4 for 26.
The Pakistani's could only manage one more run in their second dig, once again being rolled by Goughy and Cameron for 107. This time, though, Kev Goughy took the bigger bag and ended with 6 for 45 and match figures of 10 for 96, the first ever 10 wicket match by a Cricket Web under nineteen player.
Chasing 71 for victory the Pakistani players would've thought they were well and truly out of the game, but their pace trio had other ideas. Fiery spells from Ali, Jamshed and Ayub left the Cricket Web's young'uns bruised and shell-shocked, only just claiming a 3 wickets victory. Akhtar Ayub finished with another fine 4/24 whilst none of the Cricket Web batsmen looked settled.
Man of the Match: [ Kev Goughy (10 for 96) ]
The second test, being played in Multan, will hopefully be another corker.
