Lets hope they don't go on to win the test, that too, would be a travesty for the integrity of the game.. I hope the ICC come down hard on the player concerned mind you, but I doubt they will..

Ideally, I'd like there to be no official response and tomorrow a Pakistani player would repay the kindness with some equal words and we'd get on with the game. But something that harsh going back and forth between might sour things permanently, so not exactly sure what can be done. Frankly, I am not sure if this is all that rare from any team (including the subcontinent teams). Just seems that the stump mic was on this time.
I wouldn't be too harsh on Gibbs, he probably already regrets it.

This dumb head laid back captain is the whole problem . And the problem is that I always get award named after him . I don't blame Nel . He could do that and its fine because a mouse will never attack a lion but the lion can attack any one .
Now all the putties who said Shoaib Akhtar is not important so here we want him to answer the smash in their face .
Its normal what Nel did because thats what many many many people have in their mind but Nel was bold enough to display it verbaly .
