Battle of the CC posters.

Arrgh, gutted Fusion couldn't go on, one of the best posters on the site getting eliminated so early is a travesty.

Anyway this is a hard one, I'd go for adharcric or Perm any other time, they're both up there with the best, but Slow Love is awesome.

In less than a year, Perm has established himself as one of the very best at CW. His cricketing knowledge is so versatile that I often have a hard time figuring out which nation he supports. Slow Love is IMO the best I've seen - very balanced, extremely knowledgable and always creative in how he gets his point across. To date, the only time he hasn't been a candidate for the weekly Afridi is when he hasn't posted at all - that says a lot. As for myself, I've come a long way from being virtually a troll (yes, I went back and read my posts from two years ago ...) but I often lack the touch to take a confident stand on controversial issues; furthermore, my knowledge of cricket before 2000 is quite limited as I developed the passion on my own in the US with no encouragement. That's all. :)

Turbinator has improved a lot and BoyBrumby is a treasured member, but Jono is a champ - the one man who always backs my positivity regarding Indian cricket. :p

Jono - Turbinator has settled into the site well and become a good poster - and this is reflected in his getting through to the second round having been here such a short time. Boy Brumby is a top bloke and if this was "Battle of the Members" he'd go a long way towards a repeat of his win in that, but Jono is slightly better by the criteria of this battle for mine.

Haha hardest round, Jono and BB both in the top 5 posters easily. No way I can split the two so I won't.

Turbinator

Thanks Pasag :) . I don't blame anyone who didn't vote for me. Heck I don't stand a chance against any of the 2nd round participants let alone Jono and BB, who are like one of the two best posters on this site. This is like a tri-series between Australia, Australia, and Fiji.

Update...

Turbinator 1
Jono 3
BB 0

Trust me, even sometimes I have a hard time figuring that out. Anyway I'll vote for Jono in this round, right up there with the very best as far as I'm concerned.

BB Knows his stuff and always posts quality. Jono is also a great poster, and I enjoy reading his thoughts, but BB because he posts in the trivia threads (well I had find a reason to seperate them)

BoyBrumby

Fair play to Jono; the better man won. :)

Oh, and thanks to arch for making sure I wasn't whitewashed!

Very tough round this time; all genuinely quality posters who know their cricket. I think, considering CC posts alone, I have to go with Faaip. Dav & Kyle robbed tho, clearly.
