at present shoaib is acting like the senior bowler of pakistan cricket. the likes of abdur rauf and fahad masood will struggle to get a place in the team cause of irshad.

he played a single game in the kenstar tournament in india where even the indian press mentioned that he was a league above everyone else in terms of speed and that includes munaf patel and abdur rauf.

about shoaibs interview in NZ he mentioned that irshad will be introduced very soon into the first team.

from what ive heard is that he bowls with a open chest action and has a similar build to sami but alot taller.

just discovered this forum a couple of days ago.

noticed someone talking about abdur rauf, well this guy is gonna struggle to get into the first team since he is 4 yrs older than irshad.

maybe we'll see irshad in the indian series since shabbir was reported for chucking.

heres a small paragraph on irshad.
