Watson: Back on Track

Shane Watson yesterday returned to competitive cricket following the stress fractures in his back that ruled him out of the World Cup.
While still unable to bowl, Watson captained Tasmania in their institute challenge match against Victoria.
Batting at number 3 he made an unbeaten 91 from just 65 balls – an innings which included 6 sixes.
He took particular hostage towards former Australia under-19 captain Cameron White – White finished with 0/47 from 4 overs.
Watson will not bowl until December at the earliest. His last match was during the VB Series last summer.
For the record, Tasmania won the match by 6 wickets.
