Pakistan Defeat Holland

Wasim Akram has gained his 500th ODI wicket as Pakistan earned a confidence-building victory against Holland.
Roland Lefebvre won the toss for Holland and elected to bowl against the struggling Pakistani batting line-up.
Yousuf Youhana made a bright 58 from 59 balls for the Pakistani’s while Taufeeq Umar made 48 and Abdur Razzaq 47 in the total of 253.
For Holland, Tim de Leede’s marvellous World Cup continued as he took 2/53 while Dan van Bunge took 2/27.
The Netherlands where then steamrolled by Pakistan for 156, with van Bunge’s 31 being the only real innings of substance in the minnow’s batting display.
For the Pakistani’s Wasim Akram took ODI wicket 500 in his spell of 3/24, while Shoaib Akhtar took 3/26. Wasim Akram, Saqlain Mushtaq, Abdur Razzaq and Saeed Anwar took 1 wicket each.
