Warne’s B Sample Positive

Shane Warne’s glittering career is now under an ever-darkening cloud following the results of his second drug sample.
The result of Warne’s B sample drug test suggests that he may have taken more than the 1 diuretics tablet that he claimed to have been given by his mother.
Warne will face a drug tribunal later in the week consisting of former Test off-spinner Peter Taylor, Justice Glen Williams and Dr Susan White.
The leg-spinner faces a maximum 2-year ban should he be found guilty by the panel at the end of the week.
The hearing is set to take place on Friday.
