SA: Let Hansie Go

South Africa’s cricket administrators have issued a stern warning to the South Africa side: stop comparing Hansie Cronje and Shaun Pollock.
In recent weeks Jonty Rhodes, Allan Donald and now Herschelle Gibbs have publicly stated their feelings on Cronje’s captaincy, and in Gibbs’ case, its superiority.
Meanwhile, Pollock is under fire in South Africa for the side’s poor start to the World Cup.
He has been publicly supported by senior batsman Gary Kirsten who has pointed to his sides excellent record over recent years in a statement to back up his embattled skipper.
