Cricket 2004: D&L plus date

While rain was added some time ago, D&L has also been added recently. Interestingly enough, EA announced it on their South Africa web site.

The release date seems to be around November-December with a Christmas release date as the target.

No change likely in the initial release cost as compared to Cricket 2002.
