Leics sign two former Test players

English county Leicestershire have signed South African spinner Claude Henderson and West Indian pace bowler Ottis Gibson for two-year deals, ahead of the forthcoming 2004 season.
Gibson will also act as the team's bowling coach, having worked as an ECB regional coach since 2001. He isn't considered as an overseas player for he is now a United Kingdom resident and also has applied for citizenship.
Henderson, who has played 7 Tests for his country, has been picked largely due to unconvincing performances by off-spinner Jeremy Snape, who has managed only 10 Championship victims in 15 matches.
