Rain wipes out Day 3 in Division 1

Rain across the UK prevented any play at all on Day 3 of the first round of Division 1 games. Most of these now look set to be drawn. Sussex have the best chance of forcing a win if they bowl out Surrey cheaply tomorrow. The scores are still as at the end of Day 2.
