Ian Butler signs for Kent

New Zealand fast medium bowler Ian Butler has signed a short term contract with English County side Kent.
Butler is believed to have signed a contract until early September and will replace Australian one day international all-rounder Andrew Symonds as Kent's oversea's players.
Butler last played in a Test match for New Zealand in the 2003 Boxing Day Test match against Pakistan at Wellington, where Butler took career best figures of 6-46 in Pakistan's first innings. Pakistan won by seven wickets.
Butler's new side Kent recently beat New Zealand by nine wickets with Robert Key scoring a century in each innings.
