Bichel signs with Worcs

English county Worcestershire have announced the signing of Australian fast bowler Andrew Bichel as their second overseas player for the coming season.
Bichel will replace South African fast bowler Nantie Hayward, who chose not to re-sign with the county.
Bichel has earlier played for the county for two consecutive seasons back in 2001-02. He took 102 first-class wickets at an average of 26 during his first spell with the county, and 68 in one-day cricket.
Bichel maybe called up for Australian international duty after June, but Worcs already have the provision of picking up another player as his temporary replacement.
The county's other overseas player is due to be South African all-rounder Andrew Hall, although he is currently recovering from a back injury.
