Dwayne Smith ruled out of 1st Test

Exciting Barbados and West Indies middle order batsman Dwayne Smith has been ruled out of the first Test against England after dislocating his finger during catching practice today. At the moment, no word has been given as to a potential return date.
Smith's misfortune means that either Ricardo Powell or Ryan Hinds will earn a recall to the Test team after prolonged absence each. For Powell, it has been three years and some since his last and only Test appearance against New Zealand, and for Ryan Hinds it has been almost a year and a half.
