Australian VB series squad named

Michael Kasprowicz and Jimmy Maher were dropped from the 13 man squad for the VB Series squad. Other noteable exclusions were Glenn McGrath and Darren Lehman who were also left out due to injury.
Brett Lee was passed fit and Brad Hogg is an interesting inclusion considering he is facing the drop from his state team Western Australia.
