Pakistan wrap up series win

Tuesday, December 30 2003

Pakistan wrapped up the two test series today with a 1-0 series win at the Basin Reserve.

Pakistan's strange decision not to bat on for an extra 30 minutes last night nearly cost them with showers forcast for the whole of today. Luckly for Pakistan the showers came over night and the grounds people managed to get play underway just over 30 minutes late.

Pakistan then got the 28 required runs off only 3.5 overs to win the match and the series.
