ZIM decision in February

The ECB has announced it will make a decision on the fate of England’s planned tour of Zimbabwe in late February next year.
England are down to play a series in the strife torn nation in October 2004 , however Robert Mugabe’s withdrawal of his country from the Commonwealth has sparked further fears over player safety , they ECB are also under intense pressure to cancel the tour from certain public & media.

The ECB were faced with a similar situation in the February / March world cup , eventually pulling out over player safety concerns
