Bangladesh win again

Bangladesh have had their second victory in a row leading into the first test against Australia having beaten the Northern Territory Chief Minister's XI by 2 wickets.

Northern Territory Chief Minister's XI batted first and were dismissed for 189 with Khaled Mahmud and Mashrafe Mortaza being the best of the bowlers taking 3 wickets each.

Michael Clarke, the captain of Northern Territory top scored with a well made 79.

Bangladesh were then torn apart in their first innings being dimissed for 139 giving Northern Territory a handy lead of 50 runs going into their 2nd innings. The wickets were shared around with Hatton having the best figures of 2-20 off 12 overs.

Bangladesh fought back hard and dimissed Northern Territory for 136 leaving Bangladesh needing 187 for victory.

Bangladesh got there for the loss of 8 wickets thanks to Javed Omar who made 44 and Al Sahariar who made 41.

Bangladesh will now be looking for as good as performance as they can possibility give when they take on Australia in the 1st test which starts on the 18th.
