England Women name squad

The England Womens Cricket selectors have named their 14 player squad to play against South Africa in two npower Test matches and three NatWest ODI matches.

One of the One Day Internationals is a Day/Night match at the County Ground, Chelmsford and will be a first for womens cricket being played under floodlights.

Rosalie Birch(Sussex)and Beth Morgan(Middx)are the two uncapped players in the squad which sees the recall of Wicketkeeper Jane Cassar who was part of the 1993 world cup winning squad.

Clare Connor (Sussex), Charlotte Edwards (Kent), Rosalie Birch (Sussex), Jane Cassar (Notts), Lydia Greenway (Kent), Isa Guha (Berkshire), Hannah Lloyd (Somerset), Beth Morgan (Middx), Laura Newton (Lancashire), Lucy Pearson (Staffordshire), Laura Spragg (Yorks), Claire Taylor (Berks), Clare Taylor (Yorks), Helen Wardlaw.
