Watson Stays a Tiger

Shane Watson has announced, via Denis Rogers, his continued loyalty to the Tasmanian cricket side.

Watson, who was being courted by his native Queensland as well as Victoria, rejected both offers.

He cited that remaining in Hobart would be best for his long-term game as a prominent all-rounder.

He also stated that he had the aim of regaining his place in the ODI squad and eventually playing Test cricket for Australia.
