Hadlee on the outer

It appears as though Sir Richard Hadlees time as New Zealand Convenor of Selectors is over.

Increasing speculation has it that newly instated coach John Bracewell will replace Hadlee in a management shake-up.

Hadlee's time as Convenor of Selectors has not been short of controversy, where Ian Butler and Brendon McCullum were considered to be have been thrown into the deep end of International cricket after limited First Class experience.

Inconsistent and questionable selections at times could also be a factor in the outcome.
