Sanwar reported to the ICC

Question marks over Bangladesh all-rounder Sanwar Hossain's action were raised when television replays during the Cairns Test match appeared to show that his arm straightened during delivery. The umpires referred the matter to Ron Archer, the match referee. Archer will have to obtain video footage from the match and forward it to the ICC. A statement is expected from the match officials within 24 hours.

Sanwar Hussain has played eight Test matches and his return of 2/128 at the Cairns test match was his Test best figures.
