Jamaican Breese to stay at Durham

Jamaican allrounder, Gareth Breese received a 2-year contract with English County Durham. Breese, 28, played for Durham during the 2004 season with moderate success and is currently preparing to lead native Jamaica in the West Indies regional OD tournament.

The offspinner took 28 wickets at 41.53 aoiece (best bowling of 5/41) and scored 685 runs at 28.54 an innings in the 2004 English County Season. The peak performances of the season were an unbeaten 168 with the bat and a 10-wicket bowling performance.
