McGrath back for Australia

Wednesday, December 8 2004

Australia have re-called paceman Glenn McGrath for Wednesday's second ODI against New Zealand at Sydney, after being rested for the first one.

McGrath replaces Michael Kasprowicz, who was thrashed for 22 runs in one over, when New Zealand required 32 runs off the remaining three overs.

New Zealand lead the Chappell-Hadlee Trophy series 1-0, after winning that first game in Melbourne by four wickets, with two balls to spare.
