Rain washes out 2nd day’s play

Heavy rain in Taunton washed out the entire second days play in the tour match between the West Indies and Somerset.

The West Indies remain 237-4 after 48.4 overs with Shivnarine Chanderpaul not out on 82 and Dwayne Bravo not out 6.

Runako Morton is the top scorer in the innings to date making a well complied 103 off 118 balls before being forced to retire hurt.

Steffan Jones is the pick of the Somerset bowlers taking 3-74 from 18.4 overs and at one stage helping to have the West Indies 44-4.
